oil in the top of the plug by the plug wire? if so then the spark plug tube gaskets need to be changed. If on the bottom of the plug. Then your getting blow by then you prolly got blown rings.

yea then your spark plug tube seals. just get a valve cover gasket kit from AZ and it'll come with em. Takes like 5min to do.
