97 civic hatchback cx dash fuse

I Have A 97 Honda Civic HatchBack CxAnd Needed To Know What Fuse Is It Under DasH Cuz None Of Dash Lights Turn On But All Bulbs Are Good N New.

Anyone have recommendations on a inspection station near Groton, New London area. Preferably that can take a lowered car on the dyno easiest. I've been stationed up here for a bit but didn't know you guys run the car on the dyno for emissions here. And the shops I went to are scared to damage the car driving it up on a lift. It's a 95 civic coupe btw if that helps
