Ford Guys I need Help!

Alright I got a 94 ford 250 5.8l truck.. I had it sitting for a couple months and it started to not turn over anymore.. I realized the PiP sensor was done, so I bought a brand new Dizzy. I replaced everything the right way and now my timing is off! I need anyone that knows how to work on these trucks help me reset the timing! Ok thanks!
