So, I searched and couldn't find any answers...I just spent a ton of money having the bearings in my trans replaced, took it on the road and theres an unholy grind when shifting into second, so I figure thats a synchro right? then after a few hundred softly driven miles, 4th gear pops out, what would cause 4th gear to pop out and not work, and how do I figure out how much of this tranny needs to be replaced? thanks in advance, any help is greatly appreciated.

i could fix this in 30mins and i got that parts in house to fix it today! i have a gear speed 4th in the plastic carbon coated too and a new ring, that what keeps the gear in gear! or go to nh swaps he does them too i guess!Last edited by NECTUNE203; 12-02-2009, 11:03 AM.
