my car is obd1 but i need to put an obd2 dizzy on it and rewirin it so it bolts to the head

They will both bolt to the head. The only differ is the plug, obd1 is the one with 2 plugs, obd2 is the one with 1 big plug. Just re-pin the plugs or re wire it, or buy a dizzy jumper.
