crazy blinkers...???

this is confusing the heck outta me...
ok so on my 91 ef when i turn on my left blinker the
bumper lights up and flashes fine but the corner light will
cycle and when it blinks when it is supposed to it goes really
dim...then when i hit my right blinker, once again the
bumper light is fine and so isnt the corner but now the
drivers side corner flashes too(not supposed to be on at all...)

anyone know what the heck is goin on with these things? ill try to get a video or sumthin up...thanks ppl

Wire gremlins! How hard it is to disconnect the side blinkers? I would do that and see if the corner light stops lighting. Where did you hook the side markers up to? Sounds like there is a partial ground to me...

idk...i never had to touch them an they used to work fine now they goin all crazy...

so its not the blinker relay...
anyone know where the control unit for the blinkers is?
is it the switch itself?

Still messin with that thing? Who originally wired them up?

yea,...its factory wiring but i think it might be the main switch on the steering column...the one u manually hit to turn the blinkers on with...im gunna try and replace that next i guess.
