keyless door handles?!!?!

ok im not talking about keyless entry...this dude i know is selling the exterior door handles for a EF and they DO NOT have keyholes...has anybody seen these before???
i need new handles and dont use the key anyway for my locks..so are these legit??

Yeah, you take rear Handles off of a EF 4dr & install them in the Front doors.
