    1. dont run 50psi
    2. there is a air or fuel leak
2a.check fuel pressure guage check for leaks around the threads or just remove and re teflon tape it
2b.check return line though whole car
2c."O"-ring on fpr might be shot
2d.injectors are not in all the way loosen the fuel rail and tighten evenly

Wow all of those steps/problems could be it.

Personally I just bought a FPR from AEM and had to send it back because of the internal diaphram was messed up. It was throwing fuel back through the vaccum line and filling up my intake manifold and intake.

How long ago did you have it tuned? You prolly should bring it back before any issues popup. Carry a fire extinguisher with you just in case papa.

Oh yea and 50psi is too high. First red flag. And go ahead and get some bigger injectors if you haven't already.

agree with both posts here but got one issue you cant use teflon tape on gas the tap will just turn to mush the moment gas hits it if you are leaking from a seal that cant be fixed by tightening it up get some plumbers putty and use it sparingly cause it will make a mess
