I know how to fix it! Im going to tell you the write up!
1. Disconnect your battery
2. Now going inside your car and turn the switch to see if the lights go on, and if it doesnt! Then your on the right path!
3. Since your battery is not connected, going back into you car and check to see if your ECU is fryed! You can tell when theres a grandmas homemade brownies aroma smell leaking through the carpet.
4. Once you checked the ECU, go back to your engine bay and check all fluids.
5. Now do everything in reverse order! AND IT SHOULD WORK!User name is no longer in use! New User name is POGIMOTO!

i know this may sound stupid but was the car running when your tried to turn them on? if not the battery could be low and not have enough juice to keep both HIDs on.
if so turn the car on and try it, if that doesnt work then go to autozone and buy new headlight harnesses they are like $15 for 2 just cut and splice. They are called high temp harness or something like that, could have fried the harness with the water then turning them on. hope that helps and dont worry about these retards giving bullshit answersR.I.P Nick Haines
