i want to get a VAFC

i heard that messing with the vtec point can blow your motor
anyone know where i can get one used or cheap and someone to help me tune it
my car at redline falls 200rpms out of vtec with my setup every time i shift so yea

more than anything you should get your car tuned properly. Messing with vtec points and fueling only can hurt your engine if you modify any of the parameters. Many people have ventured down the same path with the same result, a blown engine. Get the stock computer chipped and have someone tune your car for your specific setup. Remember that every engine is different, so what works for one person don't always work for the other.

I have a VAFC and I tweaked it myself. I let dave look at it and he said keep it the way it is. It runs strong the way I have it tweaked, it's my daily driver and had good amount of runs. Still running mint.
