Emmissions HELP!

Hey guys,

Any garages around that will pass a civic (ej1) for emissions? It failed once already and needs to pass by Friday. It has no cat converter, and we've filled the tank with dry gas. Where can we go? Really need help on this one, thanks.

Why exactly did it fail? I do emissions
