tuner for Turbo lexus gs300

My brother recently put a turbo on his 01 gs300. Hes been driving untuned for like 2 months now, Im trying to find someone local to tune it.. I was told Ralphie from new haven messed with Toyotas can anyone verify this? or direct me to someone who might be able to take car of my bro.
