    ight i need some help.

i've been trying to find my obd1 connector on my 95 civic coupe for the longest.
the dude i bought it from did 1.5 to 1.6 swap on it and ever since he did the swap the check engine light been on. he claims it will pass emissions but i wanna find the connector and see if there's no code.

plus i think the vtec not popping cause he said his pop at 5.500 rpm when normally its 4.500 rpm -_-

so any lil bit of info would help greatly or if anyone knows a "Friendly Emissions" guy would help too.
