  • Whats the best ecu choice for the h22??

some people have told me to go with the p28, but im thinking that chipping out the p13 will do just as good....any opinions?

p13 unless you are gettting a tune. it is not possible to rip a map from a p13 therefor you will not get a p13 map on a p28.

Go with the p28, chipped, and tuned for the engine.

unless you like check engine lights, lose the P13.
you will forever get a code 12 for EGR with the P13, unless you plan on hooking all that up. there is no basemap support for the P13, so get a P28 and get it socketed. the P28 doesn't look for EGR or the knock sensor. with the new chips, you can run a 2-program map as long as you get the switcher from moates. i like to run mine to a switch with relays. it's good if you want a nitrous tune and a street tune with the flick of a switch. or an emissions/gas saver tune and a race tune
