how do you tune with a adjustable fuel regulator

im just wondering how to do it... wit a stock comp.. wat settings should u use for a high compression b18b with headers intake exhaust and a bigger throttle body... just tryna undastand tha whole thing... soo ppl dat tune their own car break it done for me

You cannot tune a car using a fuel pressure regulator... You need some sort of programmable engine management to tune ur car you may need to adjust the fuel pressure but there's a lot more to it
