Coilover Suspension Help

Just got an 89 Ef sedan but the springs are cut -.-// I just need help to find out what kind of coilovers to get i need something affordable but good.. maybe some websites that sell good price // is it worth it to get ebay coilovers?

I need help got twins on the way so just trying to make the ride more comfortable and the way it looks doing coil over still cheaper than getting oem springs and struts
