  • 92 da9 springs and shocks

    ok so i put lowering springs on my da but did not change out the shocks now everytime i hit a pothole or anything for that matter in the road it feels and sounds like the whole fuking motor is going to fall out would it help if i got a complete coilover setup springs and shocks or should i assume the shocks that i have are blown and get new stock one sombody let me know cuz im sick of it

    depends on how low u are and wut ur budget is ... drop struts would b better

      u probably blew the stock struts......if you want to go the cheap side get tokico blue struts, just don't go OEM or cheap azz autozone brand.

        i was thinkin that i would buy skunk 2 shocks and throw my coilover springs on them ideas or comments on that and how it would work cuz i could get them for $100

          It all really depends on how low you are going to be. Even Name brand Struts cant handle a Dumped Car (Just ask "Chillmatic")

          There's no beating a Full threaded strut coilover Suspension, like a TEIN set-up, but if your on a budget, I personally like KYB AGX's, good strut for a low Price. I have used those on Budget builds for my customers, & they seem to love'em.

            haha i learned the hardway .. but its cool im even lower now.. but def get a 1 peice coilover suspension if not depending on how low you are like kyle said kyb agxs are good or if you got money for a good setup koni yellow/gc

              i can get agx's for the front but when i called the guy at carquest he said he didn't have them for the back so which kyb's do i get for the back

                same thing for the back, get agx's but first tell us what type of springs you are using, if it's ebay garbage, the agx's are probably going to blow before you knwo it.

                    i've been lookin and im pretty sure that ima get the function form type 1 full threaded shits like $650 but i think they'll be worth it cheapest i found yet for a full threaded setup
