stiff/no brakes? helpp

Ok guys I need some help a few months back a got my hatch as a shell and when I finished my swap I noticed that my brake pedal Is very stiff when I press the brake pedal and it takes longer than normal to stop especially if im going a good speed ill have to press the brakes way early if im coming to a stop sign or if I have to slam on the brakes ill have to pump the pedal to stop fast...

If this helps i called the guy I got the shell from and he said he had replaced the master Cylinder and the brake booster..

I tried bleeding the brakes but it did not make any difference.PLZ HELP ME .ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

is the booster hooked to vaccum?

Could be that white/cream colored plastic vaccum piece on the hose for the brake booster is backwards or eliminated .. make sure its on and its not backwards
