Suspension HELP?

Hey what you guys recommend for struts/shocks and springs?? :confused: Thanks

depends on what you're using the car for. Im biased towards Koni/GC set up, but thats just my personal opinion. And with the Ground Controls you can order a custom spring rate to suit your needs. I would recommend leaning towards coilovers. You're gonna get a lot of people that are going to recommend D2's which is not a bad choice either. And if you're looking for something on the budget side, then I would recommend HR Sports and KYB AGX, smooth ride, and cheap but the only down side is that you wont have height adjustment. FYI HR Sports are 1.75" Front and 1.5" Rear.

i had the HR racing springs with they kyb agx on my ls integra good ride! but the racing springs give u a 2.5 drop in the front so i dont know if you want ur car to be that lol but its still good ride!
