Lmaooo bro you answered your own question "CUT SPRINGS" who does that anymore seriously? You can get a set of tein springs for 140 shipped to your door or other companies a little cheaper.. Get rid of them garbage springs and get some real springs and a camber kit , then go get an alignment and you'll be good.. Not trying to bash but try and help you ouy

you have a few things that are likely causing this ^^^

cut springs wont cause tires to wear fast directly, but it'll cause suspension components (ie. shocks, ball joints, bushings) to go bad and these going bad will cause a premature tire wear.

                          plus

                          UTQG Treadwear: 280
                          Traction: AA
                          Temperature: A

low numbers of treadwear means the tread wears more easily as this is to stick rubber better on to the ground(pavement) better traction less tire spinning

also always check the tire rotation... lots of performance oriented tires demand for correct rotation, and not orienting the rotation in the correct direction will wear the tire prematurely.

don't know if people know this but coilovers are for circuit racing, meaning for cornering at high speeds and are intended for adjusting the rides height and stiffness on all four corners, but these weren't designed for daily driving at all...

my recommendation is check your suspension componets, and replace everything that is not up to specifications; ie blown shocks, ball joints, tie rods... then alignment is a most if you want to keep them components in a good condition, just remember its your ride and your money!! so only you can decide what goes into your ride.

                          hope this helped
