Coilover trouble! Help!

Ok so I put my suspension on my integra,long story short,my rear coilovers are not even compressing down wit the car,like the rear of my car is sittin a lil high still and my coilovers are adjusted all the way low,but I stick my hand thru the wheel gap and i can literally move the coilover spring up and down like if the rear of my car is sittin on jus the struts idk wats wrong any suggestions on how I can make my car sit on the springs,not the struts?if u dont get wat im tryin to say call or text me 203-600-2498 I really wanna fix this problem

maybe the struts are bad?

Do you have a bump stop? Maybe the top hat is hitting the bump stop before it can even hit the coil over.
