  • Accord rotors

I have to replace the rotors on my 94 accord. I know they have to be pressed in and out, but i dont have a press. Where can i bring them to get pressed in and out? And is their any tricks to getting them in and out without using a press? Thanks for any help!!

Where are you located? I have a press tool cup that can be used to bang the bearing out of the knuckle to change the rotors. I can do the whole job or you can bring me the Complete knuckles & I'll change the rotors for you, either way. LMK. PM me if interested

You dont have to take the whole spindle off to do it.

GEt a slide hammer with the wheel hub attatchment, Take the axle nut off and the caliper bracket. Attach the slide hammer to the spindle VIA lugnuts.

Pull the rotor and hub bearing off, Take the bolts holding the rotor onto the hub off put new rotor on the hub, Tighten the bolts.. put hub back over the axle spline, Use the slide hammer to push hub slightly back into place (make sure u grase the bearings) and then put the axle nut back on and drive the hub back into its race! EAsy job if you cant have a grage do it (i have dont hundreds that way with no comebacks!)

And the reasrs arent the same way. Just the fronts . (the kind mentioned were called trap rotors. I used to do them everyday)

Thea rear rotors are simple slide offs like any other conventional brak rotor! Any questions you can pm me and im sure if u pmed H23Vteclude hed be just as helpful hes always helpful... Good luck!

The Pressed on Rotor/Bearing/Hub Assembly was used on 90-97 Accords, Front only.
