no brakes, cant stop, help

I have a 86 honda prelude and ive been having problems with my brakes for a while. All of a sudden one day i started getting soft brakes, thought it was very werid because wen you pumped the brakes would come back you i could stop. So days went on and it started too get worse and worse. Now I have no pedal at all and cant stop.

I tired to bleed the system but i could'nt get enough pressure to even bleed them. I checked for leaks everywhere and none could be found. Also im losing no brake fluid at all. It sounds like im losing air around the master cylinder/ brake booster area or maybe the seal between them?

Any got any thoughts? Would be much apppreciated

yo boss it the seal between the master and booster its a rubber ring hopefully is that not the booster
