looking for advice on the hella flush look

I have a 91 integra, and I wanted to know, what would be the ideal measurement (?mm) for the wheel spacers to get an aggressive hella flush look, lining the tire/rim with the fender, with out causing damage to the fender while driving??

buy a good set of wide wheels with a low offset. roll fenders, dump it.

U need width plus offset but u gotta order it right cuuz if not u gonna be riding with ur lip sticking out ur fenders which that shit looks ugly... do some research imo b4 u buy some wheels
