Hey CTV, I have heard that you can use a 91 Civic 4Dr EX Master Cylinder on an EG to get the brake lines to match up, without cutting them etc etc.. Has anyone else done this, around here? I have done research, but no one close to me has any input. The cylinder is 15/16ths, and its a direct fit. I want to do this so I can bypass finding an RS booster & cylinder, without ABS. ANYONE???

your tryna put rear disc on a eg or ef? either way you dont have to change the master....if it has abs leave it alone or take all the abs stuff out and get a DA integra 40/40 prop valve same for a ef just change the prop valve since it dont have abs...you can always upgrade the booster and master from a integra...13203cripple member : PR.I.P NICK A.K.A NHswaps13203 FOREVER

^^^ rear disc from a dc2 to an eg. The rear disc have abs now, the eg has no abs. the master in the ex now is 13/16ths, i need a 15/16ths. I have read that the best way to do that is the 91 4dr EX master cylinder, so the stock booster is kept. It lines right up.Last edited by crzycivic93; 11-18-2010, 07:21 AM.Cash given for OBD1 Virgin ECU's. Txt Me 860 394 8694

All the prop valve does is that it allows full flow to the fronts and limits the backs.Last edited by crzycivic93; 11-18-2010, 06:38 AM.Cash given for OBD1 Virgin ECU's. Txt Me 860 394 8694
