break problem real serious plz help

so my girl car has been braking like shit everytime u step down on the brakes the brake pedal like bounces and u here a noise like the front calipers are skipping not 2 sure so far all brakes were changed rear drums and harware and front rotors could it be caliper????????????plz need help my girl has been on my ass need 2 shut her the fuck up
