rear disc conversion

hey everyone, i been scouring the net looking for a rear disc conversion for my cars and cant seem to find one. passwordjdm doesnt sell them anymore either and thtas about the only place i know to go to. so i was wondering, whats needed to do a rear disc conversion on my EG hatch and my EK/J 4 door? can i just grab rotors and calipers or a model of the same year with rear disc or do i need rear trailing arms and all that mess? any help is great.
