brake problem

hey on my 92 bubble when i step on the brake the pedal pulsates, no shake in the wheel or anything only the brake pedal...im thinking my rotors are bad but not sure...insight??

Could be rotors but might as well do brakes too

check the drums/rear rotors

maybe warped rotors, does the whole car shake?

my money is on the headlight fluid being low causing the whole car to shake idk tho
