  • Coilover Question

I got a set of ground control sleeves. Everything as far as the install went smooth up front but when I got to the back I ran into a Lil trouble. The head of the bolt for one side snapped on me, typical. This happened after I installed one rear coilover already on the driver side. The passenger side strut bolt snapped.

Anyways, I lowered on stock struts (I kno, I kno, not the greatest idea but whatever). On the stock rear struts there's a cup like perch for the stock spring to sit on. Now when I put the sleeve over the rear strut it goes down into the cup. if I lower the sleeve to match the front or even if I lower the sleeve to the spring perch the adjustment nuts on the sleeve sit on the spring perch <not lettin me go low enough in the back. I hope I explained this enough/correctly lol. Somebody, please help.

your car should really sit with the front end slightly lower then the rear. my coils are spun down all the way to the perch in the rear. do you want your car to sit completely level?
