    what up guys
i need some advise on buying coilovers/stuts,springs for my hatch

    i drive a 94 civic hatch cx
its dropped on cheapo ebay springs now and im looknig to get something better

i need it for my daily so im not looking for anything to "track like"

i guess i could say that i care more about the drop then the ride comfort but be reasonable. its gotta be driveable haha

im not looking to spend more then 1000

i was looking at the 650 dollar skunk2s.. any good? hows the drop?

    HELP!

i got bilsteins adjustable struts with neuspeed race springs, cost a lil over 1000 but i got no finger room between tires and fenders with 14 inch wheels and it rides smooth as hell, bumps feel like it was still at stock ride height

I would say get some skunk2 pro's off ebay...they are like 650 shipped and they go low...don't have any experience with the ride. If you are worried about the ride get some ground control sleeves on koni yellows and you'll be set. Probably don't want to get just springs if you want to go low.

Buddy clubs are better IMHO over skunk2s but for the price skunk2s are effective and are comfortable enough. It's all about spring rates bro

Valving also matters, I think what you should do is get with some people who have a similar chassis and different coilover setups and feel how they ride. If you want to go as low as you can get bagged, but it won't handle very well but you can throw sparks on demand and still make it into your driveway.

so i decided to buy tein springs cuz they were cheap. Im gonna run them on my oem struts for now till they blow but what i need to know is what struts to buy later to pair with the teins? I wanna keep the drop low.

i have skunk 2 pro series on my ek and shits are mint, tons of height adjustment so you can ride at any level you want. really good handling too, i love them haha

IMO you should just save your cash, get coilovers, and do it rite. GR2's are a stock replacement (AGX is the upgrade shocks) and will get you no more drop. You would need to get some koni yellows with adjustable perches but I think they only have them adjustable for the rear...not sure 'cause I only had them on a dub. Really should get coils if you are particular about your ride height.

ya i was thinking about the skunk2 but i got the springs now. I looked at the agx struts they look good but will they allow the drop or will they be too stiff.
