s13 sr/ca18det into s13 with dohc. 91-93.
remove ka. bolt in sr/ca.
lenghten mafs harness. lengthen o2 wire. cut the plug off the ka engine harness that plugs to dash harness, splice appropriatly onto sr engine harness. cut the 2 fuse/relay box plugs off ka harness, slice onto sr engine harness.
install intercooler setup.
drive car. its that easy.
if you have a 94, that means your car is a vert, and automatic.
do auto to manual conversion, then see above.
88-89
same, for the most part, cept you need to get the p/s lines and reservior from a dohc car.
auto to manual parts you need.
manual trans, flywheel, clutch kit, master cylinder, slave cylinder, brake line with 10mm fittings, front half of manual drive shaft, clutch pedal, manual trans crossmember.
drill 1 big hole and 2 small holes in fire wall for clutch pedal. they are marked on the inside. take down the lower panel of the dash and shine a flashlight up in dur. take sawzall, and cut chunk off of brake pedal. install clutch pedal. install master cylinder. remove auto crap. dont forget to remove the steal auto pilot bushing. install manual pilot bushing. install manual trans plate for between engine and trans. install flywheel. install clutch. install trans. bolt in crossmember. install driveshaft. put slave cyliner on trans. run steel line from master to slave. bleed system with dot3.
remove auto trans harness if you havent already. cut off plug that has 2 wires, 1 white, 1 black. both heavy gauge. splice them together so your car thinks its in park. plug back into plug by engine bay fuse/relay box.
drive car. listen for noises.
