I'm looking for someone who knows about and can fix my power windows on my 99 hatch looks like everything is there when I pulled the panel off I saw wires unplugged and whatnot so I connected them to where I think they went and nothing so basically summer is around the corner and I need my windows to roll down.

Well you need to figure out first how it was that they did the conversion. See if they swapped in an ex interior harness or just tried to run some speaker wires to power them...
