It worked easy like that for me got to the car wash and use the power washer there as the chemical settles in you'll see start to crack and roll into little balls (no homo) the more you spray though thhe more I would let it settle hopefully there isn't too much paint on them but that the easiest way in my eyes cuz you don't have to take off the tires

i used aircraft paint remover...that shit is strong! glob it on and let it do the work...after an hour or 2 you'll see the paint coming up.

if you arent lucky enough to have a sandblaster, as stated you could use aircraft remover.

sandblaster is key, as theres no mess, unlike aircraft remover. shit gets messy.

yo take the tires off and sand your wheels down with like 40 grit paper not hard just get some nice scratches in there then pour the aircraft remover on there cover it with some plastic and wait like a good 20-30 mins then scrap that shit off with a scraper or a bondo spreader then the other paint that doesnt come off just sand it with like 220 grit paper as well as the whole wheel then prime those b!tches and dry sand with 320 then wet with 600-800 and paint away :D

aircraft remover is shitty and costly... go to lowes theres this stuff called "STRIPPER" its like a galloon for 10 bucks. works faster and more cost effective. ive painted alot of rims and this stuff does wonders.

something i did a few years back when orange rims werent popular

I would say aircraft remover just because it is quick and easy...but if you want to do it right then I would say sandblasting.
