Polishing wheels

I'm looking for someone to polish my prelude blades.I already took the paint off and I started to sand one wheel.I will include whatever sand paper I have which is all new (320/400/600/800/1000/1500/2000).I am located in Bridgeport CT. I am willing to do work for work or trades for the polishing job .I am what u call a "perfectionist" so please make sure that u know how to polish before deciding to touch my wheels. Lmk Ctv thanks.
