Rear disk on ek hatch

so i started taking off the the trailing arms today and broke 5 bolts everything was all stock n rusted to shit.. i have the complete rear disk off a 99 si and all of the oem bolts. wat is the best way to get the 2 bolts out that go into the body on the compenasator arm on my hatch..

I always use a torch. Otherwise if i didnt have a torch i'd prolly use a sawzall and some good grip plyers
