SAFELITE! Life time warranty!!! Got a windshield on my Dc5 and they quoted me $165 which isn't bad. Lucky for me I had full glass and paid $0. Had the window for 2 years, no issues

They couldnt get me a PPG glass with out tint. And then Progressive says they wont pay more than 253$ installed in my 2000 EK, when they had a PPG installed in my 99 hatch 5 months prior and payed 308$.

full glass is full glass, the insurance can opt to make you pay the difference if you choose a specific type of glass that cost more than the standard glass they are charged for. They will cover for an OEM glass if the car is of the current year or one year older

to the original poster, choose what ever company you please. I gave you my opinion based on warranty, quality, and personal experience. Regardless of what anyone says, what beats a lifetime warranty against leaks, defects, workmanship and cracks (not caused by impact of course) by the largest auto glass company in the WORLD!!!
