  • custom header shops in CT?

I'm looking for shops that make custom headers....I have a 97 eclipse gs-t nowadays and I just need a flange from the header before its ever welded on so I could use it as a spacer to gain some clearance from my block but it seem IMPOSSIBLE to find around here without going online and getting whacked for one

so, you're just looking for a head flange?

check pruven, but why do you need one? big turbo not clearing the block? you shouldn't need a spacer for any reason. what's hitting? compressor housing on the coolant crossover pipe from the waterpump to lower radiator hose?

My coolant pipe is already dented in from the last 70-1 Garrett I had on which is weird because that turbo was A LOT bigger but my turbo itself is hitting

yeah, you shouldn't need a spacer unless it's a Hahn T3 flanged 20g. they used spacers with their kit for some god-awful reason. most people are denting the coolant pipe, or getting a non turbo 1g one because they're smaller. what hits? the compressor housing?

You can see here that my turbo and manifold are almost even...now it's the same header I used for my Garrett but for some reason it hits....so I'm thinking either spacer or new header?

Gaz at high output can get a flange you just have to be specific seeing what you need I am sure we can get it.

ok, so it's a t3 20g. looks like it's one of those HAHN units. really obscure setup, they did ship a flange as a spacer with those kits. anyone who makes dsm manifolds should have one. check with corey r- i know he does some dsm manifold fabrication, or check shops in the area.
