Im looking for a shop that can perform a swap on my civic..no scummy places please...a place with good reputation for doing this lol

and around how much do the labor charges go for? will most likely be a b series swap...

You might want to look into getting it done by someone who knows how to do it instead of a shop. A shop will probably charge you around 700 just in labor.
