need help(located in e.hartford)

hi,i am in the process of taking my engine out of my car and my axle nut is seized,tried every thing ,four foot pipe on the breaker bar but didn't work long story short i need to borrow an electric impact gun if any body will let me borrow it,rent it either way my luck i have a compressor and all the tools but don't ve 220v supply so i am just stuck...i am located in east hartford ,my number is 860 402 4977,text call please really desperately need help,thanks

It happened to me with my hatch I had to borrow a torch and heat it then used a impact gun but my homie jroc knows his shyt he's the right guy for the job

i dout impact will take it off. u have to jack car up and put a punch in the rotor so it holds on the caliper preventing the hub from turning and jump on that bitch with a breaker bar and the jack handle over the breaker bar. this has never failed me

If the bolt doesn't come out your going to need a torch which i have heat the nut till its nice color, but be careful not to bust the wheel bearing and loosen the bolt!

torch that shit, and get a big ass breaker bar, always works for me

i wouldn't use a torch as your first solution. i'd save that till last if nothing else works.

just my opinion- i wouldn't want to be heating up/changing the characteristics of the grease in your wheel bearings by soaking the axle nut in heat to get it loose. try an impact first, or what mark said with the punch through the rotor.

when mine got siezed, took a torch, red hot, cut the bolt in half, and replaced rotor
