polishing rims

hey jus piked up sum rims and i want them to sparkle beautifully so can someone tell me step by step how to sand and polish the shit out of them to make them look great?! the rims now r pretty good little bit a curbage but nothin really and alil of the clear coat is pealing off but look pretty decent now but i want them to look bangin like half of u guys hav them on here they gsr twisties sum plz help me out

Goodluck....its a lot of work n time I just finished doing mine last week....hand polishing looks 100 times better than reg polished rims....but I found a diy on honda tech...I followed those steps n my rims came out good...
