The best method I know of (that isn't using the tool that bolts onto the car) is a heat gun and a wooden bat. Gotta heat that shit up so you don't crack/chip the paint and it allows for the metal to be a bit more malleable. Raise the car up and get the bat between the tire and fender, then heat the fender up and lower the car till the bat starts putting pressure on the fender. Just keep rolling it side to side and lowering the car more and more. It'll at least get rid of the inner lip. Did it on my dub and a friends 240 and it did the trick.
