i saw a vid but i though it only worked on metal

yeah its for metal its not gonna come out by himself so just heat it m up and the use the airdust cleaner and spray and its stay on place

take it off . pop out the dent . hold it if you have to . use a hair dryer or heat gun on the dented area toshrink the material back into shape. BE CAREFUL not to burn the paint . Continueously move the gun around to keep the heat evenly dispersed on the dented area . hope everything works out ok
