I've done this on several cars that still had wheel hop problems even with tractionbars. The way I've always done it and found out it will last a lot longer than doing tiny layers of the stuff is fill the whole mount in one shot and let it sit for about 3 days. The ones I made for my last Cvic are still holding up for the kid I sold it to and that was well over a year ago. The mounts are about 2 years old.

It's an awesome bang for the buck do it yourself mod, and the results are amazing. You'll get a lot of chasis vibration though.

when you say alot of chasis vibration .. is like a v8 with a lumpy cam and solid mount tickle your nuts vibration ..i.e had a nova once like that wish i had now.or a ek with a k20 swap with has-mounts vibration or like a broken mount vibration
