    Well I guess u have a few options...u can take it to a machine shop to get it machined so that they all are the same height and completely smooth or u can try to D.I.Y with maybe an angle grinder , that's all I can tell u, I polish rims but I can't fix curb like that

                Thanks guys haha.....but yea man just check around with a few shops or w.e in your area and get some quotes. Eliminate your options as they become more unfeasable

                        u can use one of those grinding stones that come in drill bits, do it lightly till u get it smooth, then give em to lsdb1, dont know him but ive seen his polishing skills and their up there. i fix wheels too but right now im doing 4 sets of rims no time for another set
