There is way more to this than just bad registration. To really know whats going on, you must know about the whole federalizing the GT-R's and what chain of events took place to get here. I am not saying what happened is right, I certainly feel for the man, but risks beyond forging the registration where taken and unfortunately himself and A LOT of other GT-R owners met the same fate with DHS and ICE. It's been a huge clusterfuck since the fall of Motoex, but in the past year it has gotten exponentially worse.

Reading this article and the coments that ppl put under it made me almost cry!!!
How can do worry about a car that had fucked up registration when there jis biger shit in the states to take care of and how can u destroy a car that was in one of the best movies(for us tuner guys)!!! Only inthe u s a smfh
