When I was in Dubai on leave, during my OIF deployment in 2008. I saw a crashed AMG Benz on the highway with no plates. Turns out when they wreck cars over there, they just buy a new one instead of fixing it... :O ...the Benz only looked like it needed a new Bumper/Radiator/headlights
