it looks like its just white pvc pipe u would use for a drain pipe or something the whhels prolly are a little bigger then the pipe and they just forced it on

They sell these trikes I forgot the name of them but once I do I'll find a link. As soon as nitro circus did it I went out and did that shit lol. Some ppl actually make them from small bikes and use plastic wheels in the back. The ones they sell already come with plastic wheels

its pvc pipe with rubber tires inside of them.... They let the air out of the tires slide the pvc pipe over the tires then air the tires up
