honestly i dont really know shit about rotary engines. ls/vtec's brother has a pretty dope FD so i learned a little from him. lol

rb26det's are nothing compared to a 13b RE and even less next to an 20b well modded and tunned... for me a micro tech stand alone ecu is a must, plus when turbo i'd rather just have a good ported intake and exhaust... but thats just me

My pops had an 83 gsl 12a bp racing beat straight pipe and 4 barreled carb..shit moved just traded some idiot who blew the engine up..long story short he sold the rx7 fresh paint brand new interior and new diff for $1500 running just blew a apex seal

LOL a 13b turbo II would do just fine, 20b is a lot of fab work on an rx7 but is it fun as fuck!!!! Much more money to be put in also... Nobody will race something like that though, I would love to get my old s5 turbo II back!!!! I miss drifting :(

yea,my brother had an AE86 With A S5 In It And Lots Of Boost,Shit Used To Be Queit At The Lights Then He Started To Get Into Drifting And It Just Became A Money Pit..Shortly After Blowing Out 2 FD Diff's He Sold It For A Cool 9k He Had A Book,With A Breif Case Full Of Recepits From Full Tank Of Gas To New Valve Steam Cap's Nothing Was Shorted On The Build It Cost Him 4k Alone To Get The Motor Swapped And Running With Microtech On It W/Basic Tune..Injector's/Bigger Turbo/DumpTube/Exhaust Etc...
