yes and no,yes it increase the processor to run faster thus voiding it,but you need to gain root access to overclock your phone so your already voiding your warranty right there.

depends,some processors clock higher then other's thats like saying if i can run factory struts on skunk 2 coilovers how long with the struts last?..get me?

i call it limits when its 39c which you can feel it pretty warm on the phone.
