He sell the stuff to modified them but the cage he made it for personal use. For the cage you will need to create your own and use his modified stuff.

It is a total of around 500 to 600 dollars. Plus the whatever seat you use and whatever much it cost you to build the cage.

The price depends on what wheel you have. There's the $150 wheel and the $300 one.
